Fence Up The PSA

During the Shanghai Binnale (terrible), I fenced up the PSA (Power Station of Shanghai, the holder of Shanghai Binnale) by the fence (I don't know its name in English) usually used in museums for protecting art works, to let people look at it as a unity, an absurd work.
